LCW Lounge Chair Wood in Walnut — Charles & Ray Eames for Evans, 1st Generation, c.1946–1950
Early production LCW by Charles and Ray Eames, manufactured by Evans Plywood Products. This 1st generation model features the original long oval shock mount connecting the backrest to the seat support and the distinctive 5-2-5 screw pattern.
Made of molded plywood with no added feet on the legs—consistent with early Evans production. No label present.
Condition:
Good vintage condition. Structurally sound with visible wear and patina consistent with age.
