In 2019, Btween Spaces started with the Sol. Candle—our first product.
We spent a long time searching for a form that felt right—simple, but distinctive. We wanted a candle that could exist not only as something to burn, but as an object—like a small sculpture in the home.

A visit to Dia:Beacon, a contemporary art museum in upstate New York, gave us the clue. Sol LeWitt’s work showed us how a small, clear gesture could carry impact. We softened one edge of the square, and that became the starting point.

That’s how the Sol. Candle began.
